Is just that.  Twitter is still functioning fine with half the work force fired.

Tesla will still continue to make cars and will release a 35K car in the new year.  So as many shlib customers as Tesla lose they will gain even more because at bbn the end of the day money (savings) rule.

For me this is a buying opportunity.

Chamath sums it up the best when he said “Elon has bent the laws of Physics by building electric cars and reusable rockets, now he needs to get back to doing what he does best”.

Unfortunately, he has done us or himself no favors with his recent antics on Twitter, he has caused panic with the stock through his tweets, and picked the worse time to to start dumping TSLA shares.

As CEO of TSLA, he has to take the brunt of the blame.

Elon is a genius, but he suffers from the same affliction that all of us suffers from - the human condition; in his case it is autism. One of the effects is that he will say something sometimes without thinking of the consequences. He said he will buy twitter without thinking of the effect of that statement. It resulted in him having to buy it or else he would have been bugged down in court.

The long term causality of that action will play out over time.

Yes, it would have been better for him to bend  the laws of physics, as we know on the automic level, but who knows what is occuring on a quantum level in the mind of Elon - he is a legit genius.

I believe we will get a glimpse of the long term result (10 yrs) over the next 12 to 24 months.

Yeah, like the rest of the world's geniuses, he is very eccentric bordering on mental illness.
