I do no have Instagram and abandoned face book and twitter some years ago. I do not know her age and have not checked. I still would not call her a "ho" for flashing her titties.

She has assets and she is making use of them. It's called capitalism. We can't say she is a ho in the making. Lots of women do what she is doing, but that does not mean they are hoes.
