I am buying up cheap real estate stocks

Darkness for me Real Estate is Real Estate. It does not matter to me if it is Malls, Offices, Farms, industrial or Apartment Rentals. If it is under $5 dollars a share and pays a dividend then I am going to buy it.

He doesn't need my advice. He is doing well on his own. When the price is low you buy, and when it is high, you sell. It is that simple. 

I can’t complain, up quite a bit but not as high as Jan. 2022.

I recouped everything I lost in 2022 plus 30%

So am doing ok. 

Better than last year

recouped losses plus another 10%
